ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We treat each order as our first, so we'll make all efforts to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. To offer you the best quality/price ratio, we do hold select inventory in Germany so shipping for select jewellery will be dispatched within 1-2 business days for all domestic orders. You can expect to recive your lovely jewellery in 5-8 business days.

Even though we are a European based company, we do have our custom collection that is shipped directly from our factory. We supervise the production, packing and shipping process to ensure you receive the best value. Shipping times for products coming overseas are the following:

Custom Jewellery	5-10 days	10 – 24 days
Non Custom Jewellery	1-2 days	5-8 days

RETURNS

With all this being said once your order has been shipped we will be unable to make any changes to your order. Normally we do not issue a refund until you return us the product as like any other business but if you are in desperate need of the money we can issue a refund now in hopes you return to us once you receive it.
